We are seeking a dynamic Director of Club Operations to oversee three Snap Fitness locations. This leader will drive membership growth, team engagement, and operational excellence while ensuring an outstanding member experience.
ResponsibilitiesClub Operations & Team Leadership
- Oversee daily operations across three locations, ensuring consistent service excellence and team performance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, facility maintenance, and revenue growth.
- Manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of club staff.
- Conduct weekly facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety.
- Ensure adherence to Snap Fitness systems, processes, and best practices.
Sales & Membership Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and personal training sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals, including new memberships, renewals, and training packages.
- Track and follow up on new leads via Snap Fitness’ CRM (web, walk-ins, phone, email).
- Monitor and follow up on failed payments to recover lost revenue.
- Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to organize community events and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Implement member engagement programs to boost retention and satisfaction.
Personal & Group Training Development
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing personal trainers.
- Work with Club Managers to ensure training consultations for new members.
- Implement and promote training programs, packages, and workshops to enhance personal and group training offerings.
- Ensure compliance with Snap Fitness pricing, policies, and utilization of tools (Glofox, scheduling systems).
- Monitor training session availability and demand to optimize club resources.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in fitness club operations, personal training, or health & wellness.
- or business development.
- Proven track record in sales, revenue growth, and team leadership.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
- Passion for fitness, health, and industry trends.
- (Preferred) Experience in fitness club operations, personal training, or health & wellness.
