Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our Irwin Snap Fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our gym to ensure a safe, positive, and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to assigned cleaning tasks. Snap Fitness is a locally owned gymnasium that values its employees and members. We strive to provide an electric atmosphere for our close-knit community. We offer flexible hours and up to 10 dollars to start.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs to the manager.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with basic cleaning products, techniques, and safety measures is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames..
