The Finance Team includes Accounting, Finance Business Partnership, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Tax, and Treasury teams. Together, the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors about our business model and progress, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations.
We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team! Working within the Business Partner Finance team, you'll be a key business partner to Spectacles team, driving actionable insights / analytics and decision-making that results in achieving financial objectives of the business.
What you'll do :
- Serve as the primary finance partner to Global Supply Chain leaders, providing data-driven recommendations on capacity expansion, supplier relationships, inventory strategies, and footprint optimization.
- Identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities, including process efficiencies, supplier consolidation, and improved inventory turnover, to enhance overall profitability.
- Evaluate and recommend strategies to optimize product flow, warehouse utilization, freight costs, and global distribution networks.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Content and Partnership teams to support decision-making processes and provide insights that translate into business and product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario analysis, cost optimization strategies, and global procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with other Finance and Accounting teams to help develop insightful forecasting and reporting and drive actionable insights for key leaders.
- Lead and develop analysts on the team to support business partners

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
The base salary range for this position is $168,000-$252,000 annually.
Zone B :
The base salary range for this position is $160,000-$239,000 annually.
Zone C :
The base salary range for this position is $143,000-$214,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
