Key Responsibilities
- Provide software configuration and release management support that includes reviewing documentation for internally developed software, facilitating technical review board and configuration control board meetings, and managing COTS-based software systems to support DITD software configuration and release business processes and procedures.
- Review documentation related to the change management process for accuracy and completeness and log documents in a document tracking system.
- Coordinate with staff to resolve questions related to documentation and provide a change control management process and plan that will support new and existing application version control, change management, demos, and training.
