Snap Lab is home to our hardware products with a world-class research & development team. We are focused on pushing the boundaries of what a camera can be, specifically overlaying computing on the real world. We're looking for a Software Engineer, Display Test to join the Snap Lab team at Snap Inc!
What you'll do :
- Maintain and develop new features for a Python-based test framework for Spectacles test stations, including interfacing to new test equipment.
- Provide software support for technical research on Android and embedded Linux platforms, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
- Manage infrastructure on Google Cloud to handle the flow of test and assembly data from both internal and external partners using Python.
- Develop internal tooling to aid cross-functional teams in performing root cause analysis of hardware and component issues.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
The base salary range for this position is $152,000-$228,000 annually.
Zone B :
The base salary range for this position is $144,000-$217,000 annually.
Zone C :
The base salary range for this position is $129,000-$194,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
Salary : $129,000 - $194,000
