After completing comprehensive training, Snap-on Tool Truck Sales Managers work on their own, operating and maintaining a Mobile Company Store with the full support of the Franchise Owner and Snap-on management team. Job Responsibilities
- Service all customers on designated route and maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide service on products sold by the company
- Manage store operation and meet sales goal
- Maintain accountability for sales and collections
- Maintain accountability for company assets in the form of cash, inventory, truck, and accounts receivable.
- Review store operation documents and balance sheet each week
- Maintain store in pristine condition.
- Attend monthly training and sales meetings
- Stock and manage inventory
- Sales marketing and promotions
- Assist franchise with day to day operations
Job Qualifications
- 1 plus year sales experience
- Must be live within reasonable range of tool truck and warehouse
- Proven direct sales or sales management experience, preferably in route or outside sales. Retail experience is a plus.
- Experience in business related positions
- Valid Driver's License & able to obtain a CDL
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Highly Motivated
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Ability to drive 24' Truck 50-60% of the time
- Position requires knowledge and experience in the following area:
