Snap-Tite Hose, a leading manufacturer of firefighting, agricultural, and industrial hose, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. As a District Sales Manager at Snap-Tite Hose, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential functions
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Distributer Sales Representative to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans within the assigned territory to expand market presence, increase sales and gain product placement within key dealers and fire departments.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Identify areas of opportunity and provide competitive intelligence to the Snap-tite management team to further increase the company’s market share.
- Understand customers’ needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations while building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and decision makers within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue any new and existing business opportunities within the district to expand the customer base while aligning with Snap-tite’s growth strategy.
- Provide training, coaching and support to the distributor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
