Responsibilities
- Budgeting and Oversight: Preparation and supervision of financial budgets.
- Internal Cost Management: Managing internal costs and providing recommendations for cost-saving plans.
- Accounting Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Funds Management: Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory.
- Company Financial Audits: Overseeing the company's financial audit work.
- Financial Team Management: Leading and managing the financial team.
- Interdepartmental and External Coordination: Facilitating communication and coordination across departments and with external relevant departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- With Experience in ERP system(Dynamics, SAP)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
