Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor daily manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure on-time delivery while managing operational costs.
- Supervise production teams, set clear objectives, and track employee performance.
- Enforce company policies and safety protocols.
- Provide input on employee-related decisions, including hiring, promotions, and transfers.
- Maintain quality standards by working closely with the Quality Assurance team.
- Participate in safety committee meetings and injury investigations.
- Develop strategies for plant performance optimization and interdepartmental communication.
- Identify and support employee development opportunities in collaboration with Training Specialists.
- Ensure accurate production reporting, raw material tracking, and financial alignment.
