Position: Office Clerk
Work hours Scheduled for 4 10 hour shifts a week
looking to fill one weekend position and one weekday position
Job Description:
The Office Clerk is responsible for the general office operations of the company. This position is responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, processing orders, and other duties as assigned.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate persons.
- Maintain office supplies and stock shelves with needed supplies.
- Perform general office duties and support other employees.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Order processing of orders for shipment.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize inventory in the office.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
·High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
·Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
