We are looking for a Specialist, Influencer and Affiliate Marketing to join Snap Inc’s global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization. This role will be focused on leveraging partnerships with brands, creators, and affiliate channels to acquire new SMC advertisers. The Specialist, Influencer and Affiliate Marketing will be responsible for supporting a rapidly growing influencer / affiliate program. The ideal candidate has experience working in core areas of affiliate marketing including partner management, program enablement, and daily operations.
Success in this role will come from identifying, managing, and measuring partnerships aimed at growing Snap’s SMC advertiser base globally. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who brings directly relevant experience in owning influencer and affiliate partnerships - ideally in the B2B space.
What you’ll do :
Assist in developing Snap SMC’s affiliate marketing strategy by identifying potential partners and supporting the growth of our partner pipeline.
Work closely with finance and legal teams to report on program growth, partner incentive efficiency, and return on investment.
Collaborate with insights, content, creative, and web teams to support the creation of engaging campaigns and experiences that drive advertiser acquisition and improve ROAS.
Support the scaling of our influencer pipeline by identifying, reaching out to, and helping to recruit new partners.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments to outreach efforts based on key learnings.
Compile and present performance data and insights for Weekly / Quarterly Business Reviews with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Direct experience supporting or working with influencer or affiliate programs, preferably in the B2B space.
Strong understanding of affiliate and influencer payment models and deal structures.
Familiarity with user / customer acquisition strategies, including conversion funnels and paid social advertising platforms.
Ability to review and summarize data into clear, actionable takeaways.
Comfortable working with various teams and stakeholders, with strong communication skills to support collaboration.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to identify business needs and suggest potential solutions.
Adaptable to shifting priorities and comfortable working in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications :
BS / BA degree or equivalent years of experience
3 years experience in influencer and affiliate marketing
Experience working with PartnerStack, Impact, CJ, or a similar partnership platform
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience or familiarity in working within the media or digital advertising industry
Existing affiliate and influencer relationships is a plus

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) () :
The base salary range for this position is $94,000-$141,000 annually.
Zone B () :
The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$134,000 annually.
Zone C () :
The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
