Senior Workday Configuration Analyst

Together, we are Talent, Total Rewards, IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Awareness), HR Tech, People Analytics, People Operations, People Services, Council, Learning & Development, Employer Brand and Employee Relations.What you’ll do : Configure and maintain existing Workday modules, including but not limited to Core HCM, Compensation, Absence and Benefits Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimizationsThoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) across teamsLead Workday implementation and upgrade projects, including planning, scoping, testing, and deploymentTranslate business needs into technical requirements and configure solutions that align with organizational objectivesAbility to document processes and construct useful demonstrations and knowledge transfers for business usersTroubleshoot and resolve production support configuration issuesSupport assigned Workday module(s) including managing Workday Semi-Annual ReleasesCreate advanced reports using complex calculated fields using Workday reporting toolsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities : Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skillsFlexibility to adapt to changing requirements in a fast paced environmentSomeone who can rely on their previous experiences to plan and accomplish future goalsAbility to lead large cross-functional projects and interact with team members at all levelsAbility to prioritize effectively and work in an independent environmentExcellent written and verbal communications skills Minimum Qualifications :  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or closely related, or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field5 years of Workday hands-on implementation, configuration & post production support experience 2 years experience implementing and managing Workday Absence, Benefits and Compensation modules along with familiarity of Workday HCM Core and Business Processes.​Preferred Qualifications : Workday Pro Certification(s)Experience in a senior or lead role within a Workday configuration teamExperience with Agile methodologies and working knowledge of JiraIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information."Default Together" Policy at Snap : At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
