- Pay Range: $47.40-$63.35
- Shift: AM/PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional intra-operative nursing care to patients, prioritizing their physical and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Review and update equipment and supply inventory regularly to maintain readiness and efficiency.
- Implement strategies to promote patient safety and reduce risks.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying new knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a multi-specialty Operating Room, preferably in a hospital or ambulatory surgery center
- Completion of an accredited OR training program
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification
