Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Care Planning: Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans of care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote informed decision-making and empowerment.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care and efficient use of resources.
- Professional Development: Stay current with industry developments and best practices by engaging in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree from an accredited school of nursing (Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred)
- Experience: Minimum one year of recent emergency experience or completion of orientation program; ability to provide care independently within the department
- Certifications: ACLS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications required within 12 months of hire date
