In this role, you will oversee outbound operations, including pick, pack, and ship processes, to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries. The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining operational accuracy, upholding safety standards, and managing workflows to meet performance targets. This position requires hands-on involvement, actively supporting the team in reaching operational goals. You will prioritize quality, efficiency, and productivity while monitoring performance and fostering team development. Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
