The Role :
The Assistant Store Manager will play a critical role in the company’s location in the Dedham, MA area. This position involves managing inside operations while serving a diverse customer base that includes contractors and homeowners. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, strong product knowledge of building materials, and the ability to provide excellent service. Success in this role requires initiative, a willingness to learn, and the capability to handle operational and sales responsibilities effectively. Being bilingual is a plus!
Benefits and Compensation :
- Base salary range of $55,000-$70,000
- Annual discretionary bonus
- Full benefits package, including medical, paid vacations, 401K and more.
- A consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 7 AM - 4 PM with rotating Saturdays from 7 AM - 11 AM.
