The Job

Our client is a rapidly emerging leader in AI customer service solutions, seeking a highly-skilled Strategic Account Executive to spearhead their most complex and critical sales initiatives. This role is pivotal not only for driving revenue growth, but also building the company's foundations for future partnerships.

Please note that this role has a hybrid working arrangement that requires at least 2 days per week in the office, and is only being offered to candidates willing to work out of San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Strategic Sales Leadership : Own the full sales cycle for strategic / named accounts, from outreach to contract negotiation.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic clients, serving as a trusted advisor to support their growth and innovation goals.
  • Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities, leveraging market trends and customer insights to expand the company's market share.
  • Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue Attainment : Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving profitable outcomes for the company and its clients.
  • The Profile

    QUALIFICATIONS :

  • At least 7 - 10 years of experience in strategic or enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing 7-figure deals for highly technical products.
  • Ideally, 2 years of experience selling AI products or other advanced technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI disciplines, their applications, and value propositions in various industries.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to inspire confidence at the CXO level.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
