Position Overview:
- As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from pre-construction planning through to completion. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure high standards of execution and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects - Must have extensive knowledge in asphalt, underground utility, earthmoving, concrete experience
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Lead coordination between subcontractors, vendors, and site teams
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Ensure all operations comply with safety and regulatory standards
- Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in construction project management
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex schedules
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with construction management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in civil/infrastructure projects is a plus

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
