As Project Manager at Snapshot, you’ll be the backbone of our project execution—keeping deliverables on track, teams aligned, and workflows running smoothly. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you’ll collaborate across creative, production, and account management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.

ResponsIbilities

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for coordinating project needs and team resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and align with promised deliverables. The PM will manage project/tasks associated with creative, tactical, operational, and strategic projects for a variety of client-based projects, as well as any internal marketing efforts. This position will work closely with our creative, web and video teams to identify, plan, organize, and drive activities that result in amazing outcomes and results for our clients. The Project Manager role relies on a high-level of communication to navigate complex projects and the ability to effectively balance meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards. The ideal candidate enjoys learning and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and being challenged to deliver next-level results. Additionally, the right person should be driven towards continuous improvement, and motivated to help evolve our processes so we can better serve our team and our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Set up projects in Monday.com to align with established deadlines and milestones
• Delegate and organize projects/tasks to appropriate teams
• Hold internal stakeholders accountable to timelines and ensure projects are moving through the process on schedule
• Serve as point of contact with internal and external stakeholders as needed to share project status, organize assets, and clarify project ambiguity
• Document and share ongoing status and progress of your projects
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Work cross-functionally between Snapshot’s different service departments
• Lead daily standups with teams to proactively identify and mitigate project risk and missed deadlines
• Support internal stakeholders on project clarity, technical inquiries or troubleshooting related to our production systems
• Help maintain and contribute to the improvement of Monday.com and other internal SOPs and processes
• Build and support processes that limit risk, encourage internal collaboration, and improve our project deliverables

Required Experience

• 2 year’s project management experience – multiple channels and/or omnichannel marketing, website, video, digital, social media, and email to advance specific marketing strategies and goals.
• Strong communications skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite platforms – Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.
• Proficient in both waterfall and agile methodologies with proven experience creating effective project plans, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to focus on continuous improvement in project delivery processes
• Able to lead by influence and interacts effectively with project team members
• Comfortable using video conferencing to collaborate and generate results when working remotely
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, clients, and deliver sensitive or difficult information tactfully
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the field or in a related area required
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project planning, execution, documentation, and quality reviews
