The Job:
- Lead a team and work beside them on the line or in the back, wherever you are needed
- Assemble sandwiches and salads to customer order while following recipes and adhering to Snarf’s standards
- Greeting customers in a friendly and open manner
- Writing orders legibly and accurately
- Filling orders accurately
- Accurate cash and credit card handling
- Knowledge of menu and promotions
- Answer the phone and take to-go orders
- Keep all workspaces clean and organized
- Prep workers need to be comfortable utilizing a commercial deli slicer
- Safe handling of knifes and conveyer ovens
- Maintain dining room cleanliness throughout
- High level of customer service
- Basic Math Skills
- Flexibly in schedule with a minimum of 14 hours availability for PT including weekends and holidays (Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving)
