Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy :
- Define and implement the product vision and roadmap aligning with business goals to maximize sellthrough margins and overall sales.
- Innovation Leadership :
- Drive the adoption of cuttingedge technologies and retail processes ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Team Collaboration :
- Lead and inspire crossfunctional teams including engineering design and marketing to develop innovative products that meet market demands.
- Market Analysis :
- Conduct market research and consumer behavior analysis to inform product development and feature enhancements.
- Scalable Solutions :
- Oversee the development of scalable cloud infrastructure solutions that efficiently handle large volumes of data.
- Stakeholder Engagement :
- Work closely with leadership partners and clients to ensure product offerings meet strategic objectives and customer needs.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a CPO or in a similar leadership role within a tech or retailfocused organization.
Strong background in cloud platforms and datadriven product development.
Expertise in machine learning applications for forecasting and inventory management.
Retail industry experience is a significant advantage.
