We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to assist with the administration and support of the bank’s Commercial and Retail digital products, including ACH Origination platforms, online banking and associated services. This position will provide backup support to the Digital Services Officer, assist with customer as well as employee training, in addition to collecting data for various reporting and audits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the management of commercial digital banking products such as Business eBanking, Positive Pay, ACH Origination, Cash Management, and Remote Deposit Capture.
- Provide support in the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of these services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams to assist with the rollout of new digital products and services.
- Assist in conducting online banking reviews and support pricing assessments.
- Participate in training sessions for new employees, offering guidance on digital banking systems and processes.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
- Provide backup support to the electronic banking center as needed, including answering incoming customer calls as needed.
Required for this position: Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills. Excellent attention to detail, strong understanding of workflows, ability to identify missing items, advanced organizational skills, ability to work under deadlines, independent thinking, the ability to visualize cause and affect relationships of data and documents, analytical skills, clear and concise reporting, self-motivation, strong oral and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated teamwork.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of electronic banking responsibilities including deposit regulations, ACH processing, online banking, mobile banking, remote deposit, and others
- Customer service experience
- Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail required
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed
- Team-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
- Service-oriented, polite, and respectful
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to take direction and instruction and follow through independently until project completion
HOURS:
Regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
