Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor (Deployed Only)

Are you ready to use your leadership skills in aviation regulations and aircraft maintenance in a managerial position? Join our team! As an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all aircraft repair and maintenance activities and ensuring those activities are performed safely, on-time, and within budget. You'll ensure all foreign object inspections and activities are completed, ensure projects are properly staffed with qualified employees and establish work standards, hours of work and appropriate shifts to be worked to accomplish work on small programs. You'll also review maintenance delays and system problems in order to suggest improvements to maintenance processes and procedures. You will have overall responsibility for the airworthiness of the fleet and will ensure safe and adequate maintenance is performed at all times with the exception of platform supporting programs. Qualifications You Must Have :

• B.A. (or equivalent degree) - a higher level degree may substitute for relevant experience
• Typically, 4 years of progressive aviation experience, which includes 0-2 years of management experience.
• Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and powerplant certification.
• Basic understanding of aircraft maintenance records digital software and databases.
• Basic understanding of releasing aircraft for flight
• Basic understanding of required inspection items (RII) process.
• Familiarity with aviation safety standards, FAA regulations, policies, and procedures and safe operating practices
• Basic understanding of Aircraft Maintenance and Inspection processes and procedures and / or returning planes to service
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Current / valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationally
• Successfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessment
• Ability to deploy for an approximate 60 / 30 rotation.
• An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
