Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external data for a specific Integrated Program Team (IPT).
- Facilitate Engineering Review Boards (ERB) for the assigned IPT, including escalating changes to higher-level boards when required.
- Design systems and processes for managing databases and data analysis.
- Collect, analyze, curate, and manage data for meaningful use throughout the program lifecycle.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain the product structure for physical parts, harnesses, and software.
- Execute the change process through Change Requests, Change Actions, and Change Orders.
- Open, assign, and track due dates on objects in 3DX.
- Be directly responsible for Functional Configuration Audit (FCA) execution within the assigned IPT.
- Develop portions of the Configuration Status Accounting.
Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and typically 6 years of relevant experience
- A higher level degree may substitute for experience
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
- Understanding of Documentation Control Database systems
- Configuration Management: Strong understanding of configuration control processes and tools, particularly in the aerospace or defense industry.

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Configuration Management: Strong understanding of configuration control processes and tools, particularly in the aerospace or defense industry.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in configuration data and change management processes.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and operations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret technical data, product structures, and change impacts.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and 3DX for documentation and configuration management tasks.
- Data Management and Analysis: Ability to design systems and processes for managing databases and performing data analysis.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
- Audit Experience: Experience with Functional Configuration Audits (FCA) and developing Configuration Status Accounting.
