Logistic Specialist II

As a Logistics Specialist II, you'll prepare our logistics documentation for spares, tools, test equipment, materials, and related manuals to be deployed and stocked. You'll be responsible for routing, documenting, and coordinating shipping logistics, maintaining our records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals, and tracking logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of our storage facilities. You'll coordinate shipping activities which adhere to state, federal, and global regulations and import/export requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Accurate Inventory Controls
• Shipping/Receiving both International and US
• Assisting with Multiple Government Audits & Agency Surveillances (DCAA, DCMA)
• Practical Supply Chain/Logistics Principles/Applications

Qualifications You Must Have:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience
  • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
  • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education

• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Basic understanding of Inventory and Supply Chain/Logistics principles and techniques
• Experience with inventory databases
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Familiarity with Edwards AFB
• AvPro software experience

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $25.24 - $34.71. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
