Position Summary
Summary :
The Medical Assistant performs patient care under the Physician's / Nurse's direct supervision. The Medical Assistant is responsible for providing clinical and administrative support. Duties include but are not limited to : obtaining and recording laboratory test results, collaborating with members of the health care team to implement plans for patient care, preparing the patient for the Physician(s) and organizing and documenting in the patient's medical record.
Qualifications

- Must complete in-house orientation program
- High school diploma or GED.
- Graduate from an accredited medical assistant program.
