Applicants must possess at least ECE Credentials or equivalent certification in ECE. In addition, the applicant must be willing to further their ECE degree by working to obtain an associate's degree-- the TEACH scholarship to cover the full cost of your college education, books, and paid weekly study time are offered. You could earn your associate’s, bachelor’s or master’s degree(s)! Training and other mandatory workshops provided and reimbursed through SFQCC.

Co-Teacher Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Lead teacher to develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers and twos.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
- Foster communication with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
- Utilize effective behavior management strategies to support child development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and promote early literacy and intervention strategies.
- Observe and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
