Dennis Sneed Ford is expanding and seeking a motivated Lube & Tire Service Technician to join our dynamic service team. While Ford service experience is a plus, it’s not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate! Job Summary / What You'll Do:
- Perform oil changes and multi-point vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately
- Mount, balance, and replace tires
- Learn and perform basic alignments
- Use laptops and diagnostic tools to identify issues and carry out proper repairs
- Communicate repair needs and changes clearly with the Service Advisor and shop manager
- Test-drive vehicles and operate diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems
- Document all work performed with cause/correction per Ford repair guidelines
- As you grow, handle more advanced repairs such as engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and A/C systems
- Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer standards
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Basic technician experience required
- Missouri State Vehicle Inspector (MVI) certification or ability to obtain it soon after hire
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Working knowledge of shop equipment (tire machines, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, A/C machines, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screen

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience:
- 1 year of service technician experience preferred
