What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Counter Associate position at Sneed Ford?
Dennis Sneed Ford is in need of an experienced Ford Parts Counter Associate.
You are the first point of contact with our technicians and customers. This role will be well-versed in operations including product offerings, e-catalog use and tracking down parts, inventory needs and resupply, and customer service.
We are a tech forward Parts Department and you must be computer savvy. Technicians use our DMS to make parts requests electronically. We use google suite to track and maintain processes.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Technician parts needs and requisitions to quickly get them the parts needed or source parts timely
- Work with any customer needs in the same manner
- Stock in parts - Keep all order check in records, you will need these to cross reference with Ford parts statements
- Coordinate with service about any parts incoming for RO’s for scheduling - we used google sheets to track and our DMS
- Review necessary orders for Ford and ensure delivery and notification to service
- Contact special order parts customers whose orders have arrived
- Follow up on scrap, core and hold items in OWS, Fords warranty system
- Phone/voicemail response
- Maintain an organized department

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
