We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Shift Runner to join our team at Snelgrove Ice Cream! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with others to create a fun and positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in opening and closing the store, including preparing for the day’s operations and securing the store at the end of each shift.
- Run the shift efficiently by overseeing store operations and ensuring the team is meeting customer service standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, helping to resolve any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with the preparation of bank deposits at the end of shifts, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and available for customers.
- Lead and motivate the team during your shift, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store, including all common areas and workstations.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Ability to take on responsibility and demonstrate leadership.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certain hours may require opening and closing shifts.
- Ability to handle cash and prepare bank deposits with accuracy and care.
