Encore Specialist - Jaguar Land Rover Frisco

The purpose of the Encore Specialist is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. An Encore Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized, high-luxury service that enhances the overall ownership experience. Our goal is to ensure that every owner fully understands and enjoys the advanced features of their new Range Rover, Defender, or Discovery.

Requirements

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one training sessions with vehicle owners, either at their home, office, or at the dealership, to explain and demonstrate the features of their new vehicle
• Provide detailed explanations of various operational features, including Bluetooth pairing, streaming, and less intuitive functionalities
• Offer guidance on how to effectively use the included literature and processes related to the vehicle
• Act as a direct and personal point of contact for vehicle owners, ensuring a seamless transition from delivery to full vehicle operation
• Coordinate and schedule training appointments, working closely with sales professionals to offer this service during vehicle delivery or post-delivery as requested by the owner
• Gather feedback from owners to continuously improve the Encore service and report insights to the management team
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Range Rover, Defender, and Discovery models, including their features and functionalities. Experience with luxury vehicles is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering a high-end customer experience
• Proficient in using automotive technology and systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and explain complex features in an easy-to-understand manner
• Willingness to travel to various locations (homes, offices, etc.) as needed to provide training sessions at the convenience of the vehicle owner
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments, follow-up with clients, and handle multiple tasks effectively
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive or luxury service industry
