The Parts Specialist creates an exceptional customer experience while creating customer loyalty. The Parts Specialist is an interactive member in the parts and service team. The ideal candidate would be a self- starter and able to work independently. They would also be responsible for the following but not limited to:

The ideal candidate would be a self- starter and able to work independently. They would also be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Provides clear and accurate information with regard to special-order parts;
- Maintains parts storage area in a clean and well-organized fashion;
- Maintains current knowledge base in automotive parts and with changes in computer systems for automotive parts;
- Provides the parts and/or accessories in a timely fashion;
- Ensures deliveries are promptly received and notifies internal or external customers accordingly;
- Understands that the customer is the source of all revenue and should be treated with utmost respect;
- Secures warranty parts, properly tags and sorts parts, and promptly returns to source;
- Meets/greets customers in person or on phone
- Position requires person stand and bend all day and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
- Industry experience (preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge or repair experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
