IT Technician Job Details :
Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest law firms in the Western United States, is seeking an IT Technician in our Phoenix Office . Your daily responsibilities will be supporting laptops / desktop computers, printers, and peripheral equipment.
If you possess in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, printers, peripherals, and network connectivity; this position may be for you!
The position is also responsible for providing day-to-day support for the firm's laptops / desktop computers, printers, and peripheral equipment. You will work closely with the Solution Center team, and escalation level teams to ensure the proper function of all hardware, software, and network connectivity. Proactively takes initiative to troubleshoot and solve problems for end users. You must possess in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, printers, peripherals, and network connectivity. You will work with IT Management, software development / procurement and user groups.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. in the office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Troubleshoot and repair computers in a networked environment

Advanced expertise / knowledge regarding troubleshooting of complex problems with Microsoft and other third-party applications
