What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Clerk position at Snelling - Birmingham?

Job Description

Snelling is currently recruiting Temporary Inventory Clerks for a 3-month assignment with a company in the Bessemer area. 1st & 2nd shift with overtime as needed. The pay rate is $18.00-19.00 / hr.

Job Duties for Temporary Inventory Clerks :

Conduct cycle counts to control inventory accuracy
Responsible for ensuring inventory data is maintained and documented
Ability to read, write and count accurately
Maintain material identification
Research inventory discrepancies
Perform daily audits
Ability to lift-up to 50lb

Job Requirements Temporary Inventory Clerks :

Need to have 2-3 years of warehouse experience; shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, and inventory control experience will be considered

Must have computer skills and working with MS office programs, Excel experience is a huge plus!
