Position Overview :
We seek an inspiring and driven Restaurant GM to lead our dynamic restaurant team and deliver an exceptional dining experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Restaurant GM will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction, staff development, and financial performance. This role requires a hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of fostering a culture of hospitality and high performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Directly supervise staff, ensuring a collaborative and motivated team environment. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management to build a team that thrives on delivering outstanding service.
- Operational Excellence : Implement and maintain standard operating procedures. Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, safety protocols, and compliance with all regulations. Monitor facility maintenance to ensure pristine public and back-of-house areas.
- Financial Management : Design and execute strategies to achieve financial goals. Prepare and analyze budgets, labor forecasts, and expense controls while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Guest Experience : Lead the team to create unforgettable guest experiences by personalizing service and ensuring seamless execution of all dining elements, from pre-arrival to post-departure.
- Strategic Vision : Develop and implement innovative initiatives to grow sales, increase market presence, and enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
