Duties
- Assist the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity within the organization. .
- Collaborate with management to design organizational structures that align with business goals.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR strategies and improve employee engagement.
- Support talent management initiatives by identifying training needs and facilitating professional development programs.
- Drive change management processes to support organizational transformations and enhance employee adaptation.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting effective communication and employee relations.
Skills
- Update employee records.
- Verify employee documents
- Generate Excel spreadsheets and maintain information
- Process and maintain all HR paperwork
- Must be very organized and very computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
