Child Development Specialist
This role involves providing expert therapy services to children with developmental delays and disabilities. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for evaluating clients' needs and developing individualized therapy plans.
Main Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients' needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
- Provide guidance and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Facilitate parent training and collaboration with other therapy professionals.
Required Skills
A BCBA certification and AZ LBA license are mandatory. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with developmental disabilities and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.
