Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans that cater to their unique requirements.
- Supervise and guide Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Collaborate with parents and other therapy disciplines to provide comprehensive care and support for our clients.
