Therapy Services Position
We seek a highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert therapy services to children with developmental delays and disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating clients' needs and developing individualized therapy plans.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet clients' unique needs.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Facilitate parent training and collaboration with other therapy professionals.
Essential Qualifications
A BCBA certification and AZ LBA license are required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with children with developmental disabilities and possess excellent teamwork and communication skills.
