Pediatric Therapy Position
This role requires a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other therapy disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients' needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
- Provide supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Conduct parent training sessions and facilitate collaboration with other therapy professionals.
Requirements
A BCBA certification and AZ LBA license are mandatory. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with developmental disabilities and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.
