Position : Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Location : Local Company

Schedule :

  • Training : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
  • Post-training : Rotating shifts (schedule to be determined)

Pay : $23–$25 per hour, based on experience

    • Requirements :

  • Education : High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience :

    • 3–5 years of recent hands-on experience in a similar role.

  • Expertise in conveyor belt systems and belt-driven manufacturing equipment.
  • Attributes :

    • Proven track record of successful operations, job longevity, and dependability.

  • Punctuality and consistent attendance are critical.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and reduce lost production time.
  • Repair and maintain conveyor belt systems and belt-driven equipment with a sense of urgency.
  • Maintain accurate equipment logs, including maintenance records and operational details.
  • Inventory and track parts usage, noting when replacements are needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to maintain production efficiency.
  • Follow safety procedures and ensure equipment operates within safety standards.
