Technical Support and Sales Specialist

Location : Mobile, Alabama

Employment Type : Temp to Perm

Pay Range : $17.-$20. DOE

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Support and Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer experiences through problem-solving, effective communication, and efficient order processing. Key Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers by providing clear instructions and recommendations to address inquiries and issues.
  • Monitor and manage customer requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Process high volumes of data accurately and efficiently, including entering orders into the company’s CSD system.
  • Research solutions using company databases, email correspondence, online resources, and internal teams.
  • Track orders through fulfillment, resolve shipping delays, and order replacement parts when necessary.
  • Handle incoming calls to support customers and sales teams.
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and shipping departments to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Investigate return and chargeback claims, creating preventive processes in coordination with supervisors.

    • Requirements and Technical Competencies :

  • 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) with strong data entry skills.
  • Typing speed of 45–60 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and customer service ticketing systems.
  • Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Target-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented.

    • Work Environment & Physical Demands :

  • Professional office and call center environment using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 45 pounds may be required.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and stair climbing.
