We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout our manufacturing processes. This position requires a keen understanding of job hazards, safety protocols, and quality control procedures. The role involves performing inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Essential Functions :
- Safety and Compliance :
Understand job hazards and apply all safety-related habits to support a safe work environment.
Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections according to documented procedures.
Read and review technical drawings and other documents of the production process to ensure adherence.
Place non-compliance stickers on any product or raw material that does not meet specifications.
Perform product-specific testing as instructed, such as first article inspections.
Maintain laboratory and testing equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
Assist with other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned.
