Job Description:
Snelling has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Customer Care Representative in Louisville, KY. This position will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers, providing top-tier service and support while assisting inside sales functions. The Bilingual Customer Care Representative should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Process orders, track shipments, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Communicate product information and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Bilingual Customer Care Representative Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Previous customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
