Overview
Our windshield repair client is looking for exceptional customer service representatives to join their team! This is a temp to hire position! After 480 hours, you will be eligible to be hired on with the client.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls
- Communicate with auto insurance companies
- Data entry
- Follow up communication with customers interested in quotes
- Calling potential customers
Skills
- Friendly and respectful demeanor on phone
- Comfortable with computer
- Reliable
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-6pm (rotating Saturdays)
Pay: During temp to hire period - $16.00 per hour
After being hired on by client, base pay is $12.00 per hour however there is commission and bonuses
