What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engineering Technicians, Entry Level position at Snelling Staffing?
Opening in 1997, as a small cable assembly house, our client has grown into a vertically integrated supplier of RF and Microwave components and sub-assemblies. They have successfully supplied product to the military, commercial, medical and electronic industries. With two facilities, occupying 22,000 square feet, state-of-the-art assembly and inspection equipment and the latest engineering software, the company has the ability to provide anything from precision machining to solving their customer's most challenging interconnect requirement, from cable assemblies, as well as, the capability to integrate components to provide them with a complete sub-assembly.
The company has an immediate need for Engineering Technicians. Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications and experience:
- Recent graduate or still studying in an engineering program (ideally electrical or mechanical)
- Someone with a mindset towards building or repairing mechanical or electronic devices
- An “out of the box” tech thinker who is savvy
- Part time hours are not a “deal breaker”
- Must be very “hands on”
- This could lead to a career position
- Must be US Citizen who can pass a drug screen and background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
