SNELLING STAFFING HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A PART-TIME CLERICAL ASSISTANT IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT OF OUR MANUFACTURING CLIENT IN ST CLAIR SHORES, $18-20 / HOUR, 20-25 HOURS / WEEK (company is flexible on days)
The Clerical Assistant role is contract, scheduled to last 2-3 months to assist with several projects in the HR department. The position will include filing, data entry & general office duties. Qualified candidates will :
- have 2-3 years of experience in an office setting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- have a strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- working knowledge of Plex or ADP is not required but would be a huge benefit
- accurate data entry skills
- have great verbal and written communication skills and present a professional demeanor
