Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of the staffing industry, our services, and the needs of clients in various industries.
- Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and HR professionals to identify staffing needs.
- Present staffing solutions and explain how our services can address client challenges.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and local job market conditions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping businesses and candidates achieve their goals.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools and willingness to learn CRM systems.

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
