Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications and experience : Must be available and willing to work weekends. Must have a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid license. Prior experience with interior / exterior handyman repairs. Must have basic carpentry, framing, drywall, concrete, painting, and general building skills. Knowledge of electrical and plumbing would be a plus. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
