The Insurance Verification Specialist will be working to ensure that patients’ healthcare benefits cover required procedures.
Requirements Insurance Verification :
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Insurance Verification Specialist
- Contacting the patient’s insurance company
- Verify coverage levels
- Communicate with individuals to educate them on their benefits
Work Schedule/Pay/Benefits Insurance Verification:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Job Type: Full-time
- $16.00 DOE per hour (Paid Weekly!)

Responsibilities
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to services rendered.
- Review and interpret medical records and coding to ensure accuracy in claims processing.
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve discrepancies and obtain necessary authorizations.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information.
- Collaborate with medical office staff to streamline the verification process and improve patient experience.
- Document all verification activities and maintain organized records for future reference.
